We are aware of of an issue with Apple Classroom not synchronizing completely with Infinite Campus. Some of the classes are showing separate sessions. We are working with Apple and Infinite Campus to find a solution.

We are aware of a problem with 38 TVUSD group email addresses that are bouncing back when being emailed. The resolution for these may require a list of the group members that should be receiving a copy for the group's emails. We will reach out to the impacted groups for more information as required. We are working with the Amplify team to find a permanent solution to the login issue, but have a temporary solution in place. Please create a help desk ticket if you or a student are stuck with the login looping issue preventing the Amplify page from loading correctly.

There is a known issue with Amplify not allowing students and staff to consistently log in. We are working directly with Amplify to get this resolved. As more information is available we will post updates to this incident.
