MONITORING

We have identified many of the issues with the connectivity at the sites are due to Apple updates all hitting the network at the same time across all the High School campuses. We have adjusted some settings to improve the utilization, but will continue to monitor the situation for devices over utilizing the network.

IDENTIFIED

We have identified issues with the new wireless access equipment we installed this summer. We are working with our vendor to address these issues as soon as possible. Currently both staff and student devices are running slowly and randomly disconnecting.
